1. Who is responsible

Brickcem Conmate Pvt. Ltd., CIN U26990GJ2022PTC132069, registered office 408, Altimus, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009, India, is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what is needed for these purposes. Please do not send us sensitive information (such as health, financial account or identity numbers) through the website.

3. Consent

By sending a form, subscribing, registering or rating a delivery, you consent to us using the data for the purpose shown above. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us (section 8). Withdrawing does not affect anything done before, and some records must still be kept by law (for example tax invoices).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only as needed with:

• our own staff who handle your enquiry, order, delivery or application;
• the transporter and driver delivering your order (site name, address and site contact);
• service providers that host our systems — Google Workspace (e-mail, documents and our business records) and our website host — under their own security and confidentiality terms;
• authorities, when the law requires it (for example GST e-invoices and e-way bills).

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries and leads: up to 3 years after the last contact. Job applications: up to 1 year. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Order, delivery and invoice records: as long as tax and company law require (generally 8 years). After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. How we protect it

Our records are kept in access-controlled systems; each employee sees only what their work needs, and every change is logged. The website sends forms over an encrypted connection and does not show prices or personal details on the order tracking page.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers only your light / dark display choice on your own device. Embedded videos open from YouTube only when you play them.

8. Your rights and how to contact us

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, to have it erased, or to withdraw consent. You may also nominate someone to act for you. Write to our Grievance Officer — we reply within 30 days:

9. Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
