Sizes, weights, test results and other technical information are given in good faith and are typical values. Lab results are shown with their reports; certificates and licences are shown with their validity. Final specifications, prices and delivery terms are those in our written quotation, order confirmation and tax invoice.

3. The wall builder and other tools

The wall builder, quantity and truck estimates are guides to help you plan. Please confirm quantities with your engineer or contractor before ordering. We are not responsible for decisions taken only on an estimate.

4. Order tracking and certificate check

The tracking link in our messages is private to you; please do not share it publicly. Tracking shows our dispatch records and may lag behind events on the road. A test certificate is genuine only if the certificate check on this website finds it.

5. Enquiries, quotations and orders
